Leadership is developed through experience, reflection and repeated practice. Students work in international teams, take on responsibility and learn how their communication and decisions affect others.
Immersive scenarios may include building a new society, managing limited resources or responding to a fast-moving crisis. Each challenge asks students to listen, negotiate, adapt and guide their team towards a shared goal.
The programme supports a wide range of confidence levels. Quieter students are encouraged gradually, while more confident participants learn to listen, delegate and make space for other voices.
