The Intensive English Programme is designed for students who want more structured language-learning time and additional support with specific goals.
Alongside the standard English course, students receive 12 extra hours each week in a small-group setting. This creates more opportunities to speak, ask questions, receive feedback and focus on areas such as fluency, vocabulary, grammar or confidence.
The programme remains part of the wider Samiad summer-school experience, so students continue to join social activities, excursions and daily campus life.

Intensive English FAQs
How many hours of English are taught?
Students receive 27 hours of English tuition each week: 15 hours of standard English plus 12 additional Intensive English hours.
How is Intensive English different from General English?
General English includes 15 weekly hours. Intensive English adds 12 further hours in a smaller-group setting for students who want more focused language support.
How small are the intensive groups?

Are exam-preparation courses included?
