This immersive programme turns STEM into a practical team experience. Students apply scientific thinking, engineering design, technology and maths to challenges where every decision affects the outcome.
Themes may include designing a sustainable colony on Mars or engineering solutions for a fictional survival scenario. Students research, build, test and improve their ideas before presenting them to others.
The programme is suitable for curious learners with different levels of experience. Projects are designed to stretch confident students while remaining accessible to those exploring STEM outside school for the first time.
Form hypotheses, run experiments, interpret evidence and use scientific reasoning to make decisions.
Plan, build and refine models or prototypes using an iterative design-and-test process.
Use coding, digital tools, maths and data to explore systems, improve performance and communicate results. English is used throughout project briefings, teamwork, problem-solving and presentations, helping students strengthen communication skills in a practical international setting.
Research the challenge, agree a strategy and create models, prototypes or practical solutions as a team.
Trial ideas, interpret results and refine performance through repeated problem-solving.
Pitch findings in English, defend decisions and take part in a final team challenge or competition.
STEM lessons are balanced with sports, evening activities and cultural excursions, giving students time to relax, practise English and make international friendships.
Trips vary by campus and date, but may include Central London, Warwick Castle and other leading UK attractions. Students also take part in structured social events and team activities within the boarding-school environment.
Students stay in secure UK boarding-school residences with full-board meals and a structured routine balancing lessons, activities and rest.
Experienced residential and pastoral staff provide 24-hour supervision, supported by a 1:6 staff-to-student ratio and age-appropriate grouping.
