Snapshot Learning Experiences
Digital Campaign Challenge
Students respond to a future-technology brief, develop a campaign concept and create content such as video, audio or visuals before pitching their work. Core outcomes include communication, creativity, collaboration and digital confidence.
Model United Nations Summit
Students represent different countries, research a global issue, deliver speeches, form alliances and negotiate practical solutions. Core outcomes include global communication, collaborative leadership, negotiation and problem-solving.
Teachers & Mentors
NxtGen teachers guide students through discussion, practical work and reflection, helping them test ideas and take greater ownership of their learning.
They support students as they develop confidence, communicate with different audiences and recognise strengths they can carry into future study and work.
Publish specific tutor credentials, recruitment standards and group sizes only once these have been approved for the 2026 programme.

What is the NxtGen Programme?
NxtGen is a future-focused residential summer programme for ages 14–18, covering leadership, communication, digital innovation and global issues through workshops, debates and practical projects.
Who is the programme best suited for?
It is designed for ambitious older teenagers who want to develop confidence, future skills, international awareness and greater independence before university or work.
Do students take part in assessments or exams?
There are no formal exams. Students complete group projects, presentations and showcase challenges and receive guidance and feedback.
Can students use their project work in future applications?
Students may discuss or show relevant project work in future applications or interviews, but Samiad should not imply formal recognition or guaranteed admissions value.
Where does the programme take place?
The current content names Eton College and The Leys School. Final campus availability, dates and fees must be confirmed for each intake.
Does NxtGen include English learning?
English is used throughout debate, teamwork, presentations and daily campus life. Confirm whether separate formal English lessons are included.
